1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using UbuStake (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who accesses the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use UbuStake. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where use would be prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and transaction PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Staking and rewards

Staking products allow you to allocate USDT into managed pools that generate rewards distributed periodically. Advertised rates (APY, monthly return) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with market and network conditions.

Staked capital may be subject to a lock period disclosed at the time of staking. Rewards are credited to your balance and may be claimed or compounded according to the product terms.

5. Risk disclosure

Crypto assets are volatile and carry significant risk, including the total loss of funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed on supported networks (e.g. TRC20, ERC20, BEP20). You are responsible for sending funds on the correct network — transactions are irreversible and funds sent on the wrong network may be permanently lost.

We may apply network fees, minimums and processing times, and may require additional verification before processing certain transactions.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or to circumvent security or access controls.

You may not attempt to disrupt the Platform, access it through automated means without permission, or misuse other users’ data.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are owned by UbuStake or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UbuStake is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds or data arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
